1. Our Commitment
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your food or your order, please contact Great Kathmandu Kitchen – Belgrave Centre as soon as possible so that we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
2. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us promptly after receiving your order.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund for the affected item or another suitable resolution.
3. Food Quality Problems
If your food arrives damaged, spoiled, unsafe to eat or otherwise does not meet the expected standard, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for details about the problem and, where appropriate, photographs of the affected food or packaging to help us investigate.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.
4. Cancellation
Because our food is prepared specifically for each order and is generally perishable, cancellation rights may be limited once preparation has started.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate cancellation requests where preparation has not yet started.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made using the original payment method where possible.
The time taken for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Delivery Problems
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, has been delivered to the wrong address or there is another significant delivery problem, please contact us promptly.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where we are responsible for the problem.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided when ordering are accurate.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
We may not be able to provide a refund where a problem has resulted from incorrect information supplied by the customer, such as an incorrect delivery address, or where the customer was unavailable to receive the order after reasonable delivery attempts.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. How to Request a Refund
To report a problem or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
Your name
Order details or order number
